Hello,
The Skyline Collector system needs to be kept running in the background, stopping Collector will not achieve any purpose and the First report will be available to download after 3-4 weeks that will continue henceforth.
The only option for Production Support customers today to download their OSR is the OSR delivery URL, as of now the email will be sent to you in every 3-4 weeks.
The report cannot be set up to be emailed to customers on a scheduled basis.
