VMWare fusion Unity mode to Single Windows /Full screen mode, screen are black and cannot redraw the screen

Hi, I am using VMWare fusion. I have a big issue with VMWare with my Macbook.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Run VMWare in unity mode.

2) Change the VMWare from unity mode to Single windows mode (or Full screen mode)

3) The VMWare screen is black and I cannot use it.

4) When I moving  the mouse pointer around the screen, the screen redraw only area of mouse movement. then back to black screen again (see my attached video)

5) The only way  to make screen workable is to switch back to unity mode.

Here is my configuration:

VMWare Fusion version:  10.1.2 (8502123)

VMWare OS : Windows 10

Mac OS: 10.13.5

Mac book 2017 Pro

Does any one having similar issue and how to fix it ?
