Not sure about how this setting would work with a 10ZiG Zero Client but have you considered alternatives like IGEL and ClearCube? My experience with ClearCube has been great and I think they will be able to guide you through the process of accessing virtual desktops in Windows 10 via Zero Clients.
The fact that you are based in the UK really helps because as far as I know, ClearCube also has an office there. I signed up for a free demo of their Thin Client and everything worked according to my expectations.
