Error during provisioning

Hello,

We are creating our first Windows 10 pool using Win10 Pro LTSB and get this error during the process.

Cloning of VM V-LI-WIN10-01 has failed: Fault type is UNKNOWN_FAULT_FATAL - After waiting for 120 seconds parent VM: vm-96069 is still not in quiesced state. Giving up!

Have tried different types Dedicated, floating etc.  Our main image has all the correct agents installed.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
