Please stop pasting many screenshots into the post. It makes it difficult and annoying to navigate and read through the post.
If you want to show many screenshots it is better to attach them individually as JPEG/PNG. There is a "Attach" at the lower right hand side when you reply that lets you attach file(s).
It looks like the error is similar to the previous one (to be honest, I didn't even browse through all the screens in your first post).
I have only some vague understanding that the error means unable to connect to the virtual machine.
Is this a fresh install of VMware Workstation Pro? Did you reboot the host machine after the install?
Try attaching the vmware.log file. The vmware.log is in the same folder as the virtual machine.
