I have two questions:
Question 1:
We use the Airwatch container.Recently it is no longer possible to register devices.At the end of the registration process, we receive a notification that the device is being deregistered.The configuration has not changed in two years.This message suddenly appears.
Question 2:
For this I initially wanted to submit a support ticket.Unfortunately I get the message here:
Error: 401
You currently do not have permission to create tickets.
What can be done about both questions?
