Soooooo thankful for the replies, believe me. Had not considered either of those possibilities. Domain functional level is at a supported level but having only been able to have linked clones in my lab (prior to upgrading to Horizon 8) I had never created an instant clone pool. In other words, missed needing to add the instant clone domain account. Thanks again for taking the time to respond.
