can not link my vmware account to skyline initial configuration

Hi all,

I am having issues to set up my vmware account to the skyline initial configuration.

When I put my account information i received following error:

The My VMware account chosen may not have appropriate permissions or may not be associated to a valid entitlement account. Please visit https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2006983 to review your account details and ensure your account has File SR permissions and is associated to an active support entitlement account.
